White Tea
White tea, one of the six major types of tea, is distinct from unfermented green tea and fully fermented black tea. White tea is a lightly fermented tea. The green leaves of the tea plant are adorned with silver-white buds, and compared to other tea leaves, the color is lighter, hence the name "white tea."
