Dian Hong is a premium Chinese black tea made from tender buds and leaves. It has a rich, smooth taste with notes of malt, honey, and a slight cocoa or fruity sweetness. The tea is known for its golden liquor and aromatic fragrance, making it a delightful choice for tea lovers.

Brewing Instructions:

  1. Water Temperature: Heat water to about 200-205°F (93-96°C), just below boiling.
  2. Tea Quantity: Use 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of tea leaves per 8 oz (240 ml) of water.
  3. Steeping Time: Steep for 3-5 minutes. Adjust the time based on your preference for strength (longer for a stronger brew).
  4. Multiple Infusions: Dian Hong can be steeped multiple times. For subsequent infusions, slightly increase the steeping time by 30 seconds to 1 minute.
